Toast was established in August 2007. We are a neighborhood restaurant specializing in cuisine using local, seasonal, fresh, and natural products. We take great pride in providing freshly baked breads and pastries, and grinding meats for our sausages and burgers in house. We buy the best product available to us in order to provide our customers with a top quality experience. Some of our friends that supply our ingredients are:
Tenino Farm, Backyard Bounty, Bob’s Red Mill, grains and sugars, Cattail Creek Farm, lamb, Courier Coffee, Cycle crop Farm, GloryBee Foods, grains and sugars, Newman’s Fish Markets, fish, Ota Family Tofu, Patricks Farm Fresh berries, S&P, Cascade Natural and Draper Valley Chicken, Sauvie Island Organics, locally grown produce, Stiebrs Farms, eggs from cage free and 100% vegetarian diet hens, Sweet Briar Farms, pork, Weppler Farms, locally grown produce, Zenger Farm.
